Esmond Tang-"Exercises To Get Better"

Back in 2017, I went to Nepal for one of my physiotherapy placements. I met Saishna in the outpatient department. She was very optimistic for her neurological condition - GB Syndrome and motivated to her rehabilitation. When we went through all the exercises, she tried very hard and showed her determination to the physio team. She would not complain about her life and unfortunate but appreciated family, friends and medical support. As we know, GBS patients will not improve significantly within a session, they have to go through repetitive practices and exercises to get  better. As a result, when I went back Australia, I passed a message to the next student physio team: work her hard and get her better!

Here you go! Saishna, who is still determined to get better, writes this blog to inspire other people. Proud of you.
